What you are buying
The book and the journal are digital PDF products. Nothing is shipped. The moment your payment is confirmed, you are sent a download link by email - that's the product, in full, immediately.
Refund policy
If it is not for you, you have 30 days from purchase for a full refund. No questions asked. One email to patricklane@gmail.com and it is handled - no forms, no justification needed.
Delivery
After payment through Stripe, you are redirected to a download link and sent the same link by email as a backup. If an email ever goes missing - spam filters happen - write to patricklane@gmail.com and it will be resent right away.
What this is not
This is education, built on clinical literature - not therapy. Nothing here diagnoses or treats a condition, and none of it is a substitute for working with a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, or carrying more than you can hold alone, please reach out to one.
Payment
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details are entered with Stripe, not here, and never touch this site or its servers.
