What is collected

If you take the “Why This Keeps Happening” test, buy something, or ask for a free guide, you give an email address. That is the only thing collected here that could identify you personally. There is no account to create and no profile built about you.

How it is used

Your email is used to send what you asked for - your results, your guide, your download - and, if you opted in, occasional letters with reflections worth reading. Nothing more. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click, and that is the end of it.

How the site is measured

This site uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see how it is actually being used - which pages get read, where people click, how far they scroll, roughly which part of the world visitors are in, and what kind of device they are on. It is there to make the site clearer and easier to use. It is not used to identify who you are.

Anything you type - your name, your email, an answer on the test - is masked automatically before either tool ever sees it. They can tell that a field was filled in. They cannot tell what you wrote.

Your writing in the journal

The journal is a PDF that lives on your own device. Anything you write in it stays with you. It is never collected, uploaded, or sent anywhere - it never leaves your hands.

Payments

Purchases are handled securely by Stripe. Your card details are entered with Stripe, not here, and are never seen or stored on this site. Stripe processes the payment under its own privacy terms.

Sharing

Your email is not sold, rented, or traded. It is shared only with the services needed to deliver what you signed up for - the email platform that sends your messages, and Stripe for payment - and with no one else.

Questions

If you would like your data removed, or simply want to ask something, email patricklane@gmail.com and it will be handled honestly and quickly. The same care that went into the work goes into this.
